Questionnaires

A questionnaire allows you to store information about your equipment that Symon wasn't initially designed to hold. An examle of this could be the odometer readings on a car. If you wanted Symon to help you track this information, you could make a questionnaire called "Odometer Reading" with a question called "Odometer" that accepts a number value.
